You gotta eat. I get that. The thing is you don’t need to eat crap. So the next time you are racing around, doing all the things that need to get done during the day, skip the unhealthy snacks. Instead try one of these delicious, quick, and healthy alternatives:

  • Low-fat Yogurt with fruit or a bit of granola on top.
  • Whole-wheat pretzels dipped in spicy mustard.
  • Rice cakes – Spread with natural peanut butter and top with banana slices or raisins.
  • Apple slices topped with low-fat cheese.
  • Celery sticks topped with cream cheese or peanut butter and raisins.
  • Raw veggies – Goes great with low-fat ranch dip.
