Just finished having my 60-minute custom massage with Terrah today. I sure do feel so much better after that massage than I did beforehand. After a day of heavy house-cleaning yesterday, I had some mighty stiff and sore areas. Before each massage, Terrah always asks if there are any different issues than the last time I had my massage. That way she can concentrate on those particular areas. After my massage, I was much more limber and felt less soreness in my stiff areas. I have been going to Terrah for once-a-month massages for over a year now. She is very professional and gives, I feel, a great massage. Whether you need a massage for relaxation to de-stress or a massage to concentrate on certain muscles or sore areas, I would highly recommend Terrah.
