Exciting Changes in 2013

Happy Holidays! I know the end of this year is coming to an end very quickly for many of us. I hope everyone is having some time to relax and enjoying the company of their loved ones. The end of 2012 also means the start of 2013, and in addition to the change on the calendar, MASSAGE by Terrah Banakas will be bringing some changes to the services and prices. I want to encourage everyone to do everything they possibly can to lock in the lowest possible rate for their massage services for as long as possible. This email is to serve as a reminder of the new prices and to get you savings on services.
New Services and New Prices Menu
Starting January 1, 2013, the current prices for the Staywell Massages will be increased to the following:
30-Minute Session: $30
60-Minute Session: $60
90-Minute Session: $80
Also, the prices for the discounted package plans will be increased to the following:
4 x 60-Minute Sessions: $200
5 x 60-Minute Sessions: $250
6 x 60-Minute Sessions: $300
(additional 60-minute sessions may be added for $50 per session at time of package purchase)
Trial and Tribulations
As many of you know, I had the opportunity to travel to Thailand and learn traditional Thai Massage. I was there for three weeks and in addition to learning traditional Thai Massage, I also picked up the knowledge to provide Thai Foot Massage.
Because Thai Massage is given a bit differently than your traditional table top massage, I have to learn to get into the “groove” of preparing my room for Thai Massage, which is typically given on a Thai mat laid out on the floor. Since moving things around in my office was not part of my training, I need some help from you all, and to intice you to support me, I’m going to be offing a Thai Massage Trial. During this trial I will be giving clients a Thai Massage session for $25.
To be part of this trial period, there are a few things that will be handled a little differently. First, reservations for this trial will be done strictly through email (email me atmassage@terrahbanakas.com), on a first come, first served basis. Second, the Thai Massages will be given before and after regular business hours, my hours vary from day to day, so the day and time will have to be worked out.
Finally, traditional Thai Massage is given with cloths on and will require you to come prepared with loose fitting pants and t-shirt or yoga-style attire that will allow for ease of movement while on the mat.
Thai Foot Massage is also coming to MASSAGE by Terrah Banakas. This is the Thai version of Reflexology. These sessions are 60 minutes and follow the same introductory pricing as therapeutic Thai Massage. You cannot schedule these through my website, but only by emailing me directly. Don’t forget to purchase your massage packages before Jan. 1, 2012 so you can lock in your lowest possible rate on all massage before the prices increase at the beginning of the year. And remember to tell your friends so you can all enjoy a $10 referral credit towards add-ons such as aromatherapy, hot towel treatment, hot stone spot treatment, or exfoliation.
